Returns and Refunds
If something is wrong with your order, email us and we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email support@humanrenaissance.ca with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost to you. You do not need to ship the product back.
Opened Products
Because this is a food product, opened pouches cannot be returned.
