Whether you made an account or checked out as a guest, here is how to find your order.

Sign in to see every order

There is no password to remember. Type your email, we send you a six digit code, and you are in. Orders you placed as a guest are pulled in automatically, as long as you sign in with the same email you used at checkout.

Track an order without signing in

Every order confirmation we send carries a live tracking link. Open the order confirmation email from Human Renaissance, tap the button that shows your order status, and that page shows fulfillment, tracking and everything you ordered. The link keeps working for the life of the order, so you never need an account to follow your parcel.

Typed the wrong email at checkout?

Then the confirmation went somewhere else and the order will not appear in your account. Write to support@humanrenaissance.ca with your name, your shipping postal code, and the correct email. We fix the email on the order and it links straight back to you.
