Cancellation Policy

This policy covers recurring subscription orders. One-time orders are not affected by anything below.

What you are agreeing to

When you choose the subscription option, you are starting a recurring order:

  • What ships: one box, a 60-day supply, 60 single-serve pouches
  • Price: $180 CAD per delivery
  • How often: every 8 weeks
  • Shipping: free, worldwide, on every delivery
  • Payment: the card you used is charged automatically on each renewal date

Your first charge happens when you place the order. After that, we charge and ship every 8 weeks until you cancel.

Skip, pause or cancel anytime

There is no minimum number of deliveries, no contract and no cancellation fee. You can skip a single delivery, pause your plan, or cancel it entirely at any time.

Two ways to do it:

1. In your account. Log in at humanrenaissance.ca, open Subscriptions, and choose skip, pause, or cancel. The change takes effect immediately.

2. Email us. Write to support@humanrenaissance.ca with your order number and what you want to change. We handle it by hand and confirm by email.

Timing

Please make your change at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. Once a renewal has been charged and the box has been packed, we cannot pull it back out of the system. If you miss the window, email us anyway and we will do what we can, including refunding an unopened box under our Return and Refund Policy.

You will get a reminder email before every renewal, with the date and the amount, so nothing charges you by surprise.

Changing your plan

You can also change your delivery frequency, your shipping address, or the card on file at any time from your account, or by emailing support@humanrenaissance.ca.

Price changes

If we ever change the subscription price, we will email you before it takes effect and give you time to cancel first. Your existing price stands until you have had that notice.

Refunds on subscription orders

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically refund a charge that has already happened. For refunds on an order that already shipped, see our Return and Refund Policy, including the 60-day empty-pouch guarantee.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and email you. If it keeps failing we will pause the subscription rather than keep trying, and nothing ships until you update your card.
