A 2024 review in Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine (PMC11527678) compiled published plant-chemistry work identifying quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempferol as the sea buckthorn fruit's principal flavonoid families, based largely on analysis of extracted and concentrated fractions of the berry rather than the whole puree as eaten. That research observed which flavonoid families are present and their general plant chemistry; it did not establish exact per-compound dosing for a whole-fruit puree serving, and it did not test Human Renaissance's specific product. Composition in any batch of a real, minimally processed food will move with the season and the harvest, which is the honest reason we report families rather than manufactured precision.
